For GROWITH, a firm specializing in business consulting, training and coaching, the challenge was to design a visual identity that clearly conveys its core purpose: guiding leaders through the strategic shift "From entrepreneur to business owner". Under the tagline "GROWITH US", the brand positions itself as an essential ally for corporate growth.
The visual universe revolves around a responsive monogram based on the letter "G", which evolves geometrically into a symbol of ascent and a vector of growth —reflecting the energy, structure and vision the consultancy brings to every organization.
The system is completed by a sophisticated, organically inspired palette balanced with light neutrals to communicate maturity, sustainable success and analytical strength.
